The Orient squad commenced pre-season training at Hainault Forest this week as the four new signings got together with their new team mates.
The players had been given strict training schedules to follow during the summer break and manager Ling was happy that all the players returned in good shape.
Lee Steele (groin), Matt Lockwood (foot) and Derek Duncan (knee), however returned with injury problems but Ling stated that they were not serious.
Jabo Ibehre, who missed the last half of the season with a knee injury, came through the first day back with no problems.
