Manager Ling said: "I must stress that Sean hasn't signed for us just yet, because there is the medical he has got with us later today.
"But to be honest I can't see there being any complications and it is great that we can tick off another area as being finished.
"I've already agreed a season long loan deal for a wide left player. I'm unable to release his name just yet, but I'm sure it is another player the fans will be happy with."
