Ex Chelsea Defender Signs

The former Chelsea defender, Danny Granville, has signed on a one year contract. Thirty three year old Granville who was released by Colchester at the end of the last season, has been playing in the top two divisions for the last eleven years for Leeds, Manchester City, and Crystal Palace.

Manager Ling stated, " he is the first of six that I will be bringing in this summer, and I'm delighted to have Danny signed up."

So Colchester now have Lockwood and Orient have Granville. The question is - Who has got the better player?
