FA Reject Thornton Appeal

Orient's appeal against the highly contentious dismissal of Sean Thornton at Elland Road on Saturday has been rejected by the Football Association.

The FA have upheld referee Nigel Miller's decision that, "Thornton punched the opponent in the head."

Thornton will now miss the games against Port Vale, Doncaster, Oldham and Swindon.
