20 year old winger Boniek Forbes has left Leyton Orient by mutual consent after agreeing a settlement on his contract.

Forbes, from Guinea Bissau, has been allowed to go early to give him an early chance of securing a contract at another club. Forbes has struggled for a first team place and manager Martin Ling stated, "We agreed it would be best to give him a chance now to find pastures new."

He may find himself alongside former team mate Simon Downer, currently on loan at Aldershot, if a rumoured trial with the 'Shots comes to fruition.
