Leyton Orient V Crewe at Matchroom Stadium - Match Preview

Baudry worry for Alex

Table-toppers Leyton Orient will check on defender Mathieu Baudry ahead of the visit of Crewe.

Baudry was forced off during the second half of last Saturday's 1-0 win at Stevenage with a recurrence of a hip injury and replaced by Gary Sawyer.

Striker Shaun Batt passed a late fitness check on a hamstring problem to make the bench at the weekend and should be involved again.

Boss Russell Slade has no other injury concerns and will not make any unforced changes as the O's go in search of a fourth straight league win.

Bradden Inman is expected to go straight into Crewe's squad, provided his move to Gresty Road is sealed in time.

The Alex had a fee accepted by Newcastle for Inman this week and while the midfielder has agreed personal terms at Gresty Road, the Sky Bet League One club are still awaiting the necessary documents to complete a deal which has been months in the making.

Inman is no stranger to the rest of the Alex squad having spent time on loan with the club last season, so boss Steve Davis could throw him straight into his starting XI.

Davis only has one injury to contend with as striker Mathias Pogba continues his rehabilitation from a pre-season knee injury.
