Plymouth could hand a start to midfielder Carl Fletcher, who has fully recovered from a leg injury.
Defender Onismor Bhasera and on-loan midfielder Conor Clifford are both doubtful through illness.
Plymouth Argyle boss Peter Reid told BBC Radio Devon: "If we can get another favourable result against Orient it gets us on a bit of a run, which is what I've been after - consistency.
"Recently [Leyton Orient] have had some favourable results so we'll have to be at our best.
"It's going to be hard, but if we manage to go there and play well and most importantly get a result, it will put us in good stead for the festive season."
