McGleish sustained an injury and was replaced by Jonathan Tehoue after just 31 minutes of the 2-1 home win over Peterborough on Good Friday.
The frontman will be assessed but skipper Stephen Dawson was passed fit for the victory over Posh after recovering from a back injury.
Defender Ben Chorley remains a doubt with the thigh injury which has sidelined him since last month, midfielder Jimmy Smith could miss out again with a knee problem and winger Paul-Jose Mpoku is struggling with an ankle knock.
Striker Alex Revell will miss the clash and is unlikely to play again this season due to knee ligament damage.
