Slade switches focus on Gunners

The O's had been trailing 2-1, but a second goal from Jimmy Smith and a 74th-minute winner from Jonathan Tehoue sealed victory. Slade believes the result provides his players with the ideal platform for their FA Cup fifth-round tie with Arsenal on Saturday.

He said: "We've kept our focus, which I'm delighted with and we've kept our momentum, so now we can start talking about the FA Cup.

"I really wanted to go into the Arsenal game still on this unbeaten run and that's what we've achieved.

"It was a really gutsy performance with some good football played in a very open game. We showed unbelievable character at 2-1 down to level and then go on and win it.

"There are a few stiff bodies, but somehow I think everyone will be available for the Arsenal game on Sunday. When teams are preparing to face big cup ties they often have a bit of a lull in their league performances, but we haven't done that, we've retained really good focus."
