Tehoue targets first-team spot

Leyton Orient striker Jonathan Tehoue is ready to stake a claim for a starting berth at Brisbane Road. The 25-year-old Frenchman was snapped up by manager Geraint Williams last month and scored his first goal for the Os in Tuesday night's 5-0 mauling of Bristol Rovers. Tehoue has been restricted to substitute appearances so far to build up his match fitness, as a contract dispute with previous club Konyaspor meant he barely played. But he said: "My fitness is getting better. I'm still waiting for my first start but that's not up to me, it's up to the gaffer. "I have to keep working hard and take my chances when they come along."
