Orient have signed midfielder John Spicer from Doncaster Rovers and defender Eric Lichaj from Aston Villa, both on a month's loan. Lichaj, 21, is from North Carolina and an Under 20 USA international but yet to make his Villa first team debut. Spicer, 26, has made 58 Championship apparances for Donny and 69 Championship appearances for Burnley.
